Providing Inspiration for more Creativity, Self-care & Self-acceptance, exercises to feel home in your beautiful body and to basically find more flow, joy and energy in your daily life. The training is focusing on joy, passion and freedom, letting go of control & seriousness and not having to fit in any kind of specific boxes or rigid frames. There is no right or wrong. It’s all about how it feels for you. Every body is different, so are the movements. Your body carries so much wisdom and natural intelligence. Its all about listening to your body, breathing and following its instructions.

Living Yolates is a holistic training method combining elements of Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Dance. Founded by the very talented and inspiring woman Mikkala Marilyn Kissi in Copenhagen, Denmark. By mixing yoga, pilates, meditation and dance the classes become influenced by the moment and have a great sense of freedom. The exercise meets you where you are in a functional and appropriate manner.

Living Yolates is for all who want to find a path to calmness, inner strength, self-love, and at the same time work on the body posture and get long lean muscles. The entire body gets strengthened during every practice. You will feel more uplifted, positive and free. Your body will feel stronger and less burdened by whatever could hold you down. By sensing this feeling in your own body, your mind will also expand and automatically let go of negativity. Living Yolates gives clarity to your physical and mental flow.
Dancing Yolates equals jumping, running, dancing, swinging, shedding away negative thoughts and finding a childish joy you perhaps have not encountered a while. When was the last time you jumped around like a tiny rubber ball not being able to stop?

With Dancing Yolates you feel your pulse rising, an intense heat spreading through your body and sweat running on your forehead – all while having fun to rhythms from all over the world. The dance itself is not made up by intricate dance steps or sequences, it is easy to participate and open for everybody. Dancing Yolates classes are inspired by Afro, Hip Hop and House. Dancing Yolates is not about performance or being perfect in your bodily expression, it is solely about finding and expressing the joy of dance and movement in its most original form.
The movements are designed to strenghen you entire body in a way that is fun and playful, which makes your workout be a fun and liberating experience rather than a chore. Through heat and enhanced blood circulation, which oxygenates your blood, you will release toxins and negative energy, and through that you will walk out of a class feeling energetic and light.
